City Council - August 11, 2009

TUESDAY 'August 11, 2009 at 18:00 will take place on the City Council with the following agenda:
1) Approval of minutes of previous meeting 29.6.2009;
2) the Chairman of the Council;
3) Appointment of the Board's committees;
4 ) Appointment of Chairmen and Vice-Chairpersons of the Board's committees;
5) Appointment of the Equal Opportunities Commission;
6) Appointment of Council Commission intended the choice of the Ombudsman;
7) Appointment of Comm.ne council for training and updating the registers of the popular courts;
8) Adjustment of the regulation for the operation of the City Council in public session, (point I requested and proposed);
9) Motion for patients with ALS and other serious disabilities, residing in the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia;
10) on the problems of the Standing Conference - Appointment of two City Councillors and designation of two parents (point I requested);
11) See the Volunteer - nomination of two members of the council (point I requested);
12) Proposal for resolution submitted by cons.Ursig cover: changes incorporated article 11, paragraph 2, of the Regulations of the Board municipal (point I proposed);
13) Question of the cons. Ursig on the camping Cormor and connection to the sewerage network Pasian di Prato;
14) Question of the cons. Ursig in about the start and end dates of the work works authorized by the building permit issued to the RANGE Real Estate
15) ratification of certain resolutions of the Committee and notice of a resolution for transfer of funds.
