But let's costs. The building that today, after just six years, we are buying double that figure! (Or nearly all, if we remove the "aggiuntina" of the 10 garages and underground storage of 220 thousand euro, but then there are the interests of the leasing ...)

Now would someone explain to me how is it that within 6 years, the cost of a building delivered with a delay of 5 years (and certainly not the fault of the administration) rather than a little bit less cost comes to cost 800 000 euro more .

If we also consider that other 800 000 € - according to calculations Ghedina - should serve in the first two years of activity to launch the new service (local construction, purchase books and magazines, event management, staff), what would to cost in the end this library? Nearly 2.5 million euro? Roncade has spent even half (€ 1,180,508.40 to be exact) to restore the former elementary school and set up the new library! (If you are not there yet, go there, it's worth it.)

But more than anything else, where we find all this money? Unless the idea is not to move hastily the current library, as it is, the new headquarters, throwing to the winds not only the study of Ghedina, but - something much more serious - even 90 thousand euro per year lease, because at this point a tower block of 650 square meters on three floors no longer serve.

And then, because there is no money to buy the walls, because buy everything, not just - I know - first and second floors, leaving private individuals buy the ground floor, garage and warehouse? Saving spans the 800 thousand euro needed to get off, this blessed library.

Some will say: "yeah ... agreements with Ater." What arrangements? We have the grace to know?
